This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Tube of choice.I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis. If you would like to use his artwork please visit MPT.

Scrap Kit used is called "I Do Believe" by Kristi which can be purchased from The Scrappin Divas.

Supplies - HERE.

Font of Choice - I used Inspiration.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600... Flood fill White.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 11, Then Open your Becky Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Copy & Paste Frame 1 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Using your Selection Tool, Make a Selction around the inside of the Frame, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill it #cdebf5, Then Copy & Paste the Sparkles as a New Layer, Resize, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Make sure your Blue Layer is underneath the Frame Layer.

4) Copy & Paste the Castle as a New Layer... Position, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Copy & Paste Ribbon 2 as a New Layer... Position to the side of the Round Frame, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

6) Copy & Paste Flower 2 as a New Layer... Position at the top of the Frame, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Copy & Paste the Strassas a New Layer, Resize & Position in the middle of the Flower... Add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Copy & Paste the Vine 2 as a New Layer... Position to the side of the Round Frame, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it... Then Duplicate both Layers again & Resize them Smaller.

8) Copy & Paste Doodle 1 as a New Layer... Position on top of the Vines, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Position, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Copy & Paste the Cloud as a New Layer... Position at the Bottom of the Tag, & Resize... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it so it covers the bottomof the Tag.

11) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it where you would like... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600... Flood fill White.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 9, Then Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Copy & Paste the Winged Button 2 as a New Layer... Resize & Position in center of Tag.

4) Copy & Paste the Frame with Heart 2 as a New Layer... Resize & Position to the Right side of Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - 10.00, OK.

5) Copy & Paste the Book Frame Cover as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 10.00, OK.

6) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the center of the Tag... Then using your Preset Shape Tool, Rectangle, Width - 5.00, Draw a Frame around your Tube... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then using your Magic Wand, Click inside the Black Frame, Selections, Modify, Expand, Pixels - 6, Copy & Paste Paper 11 as a New Layer,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Now Drag the Paper Layer Under the Tube Layer.

7) Copy & Paste the Elegent Bow 2 as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Copy & Paste the Red Rose as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 10.00, OK.

9) Copy & Paste the Double Heart 3 as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 10.00, OK.

10) Copy & Paste the Sword 2 as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice.

11) Copy & Paste the Glitter Hearts as a New Layer... Resize & Position... Add Dropshadow of choice..

7) Copy & Paste the Backstage Pass as a New Layer... Resize & Position to the side of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Copy & Paste the Ticket, Hanging Star, Bow, Skull as New Layers... Resize & Position around the Tag... Add Dropshadows of choice.

9) Copy & Paste the Guitar as a New Layer... Resize & Position over the Backstage Pass... Add Dropshadow of choice.

4) Copy & Paste your Polaroid as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Using your Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Black section the Polaroid, Then Copy & Paste the Light as a New Layer, Position in the corner of the Frame, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Copy & Paste your Curtainas a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position across the top of the Polariod.

5) Copy & Paste your Polaroid again as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate & Apply these settings,

Then using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Black section the Polaroid, Then Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Position in the Frame, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None.

6) Then Duplicate your Polariod & Mirror it & Position it back over to the other side of the Tag... Then Duplicate your Tube Layer, Mirror it & Position inside the Polariod... Drop the Opacitydown to 60% for both Tubes.

7) Copy & Paste Ribbon 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the bottom of the Tag.

8) Copy & Paste Bow 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the Polariod.

10) Copy & Paste your Choice of Elements as New Layers... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the bottom of the Tag.

11) Click back down to your Mask Layer (the top one)... Copy & Paste the Doodle as a New Layer... Resize & Position around the back of the Tag... Duplicate & Mirror it.

12) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it where you would like... I added a Gradient Glow to my name... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed.

7) Click on the Rectangle 3 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 12, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Rectangle 3 Layer & Delete it.

8) Then Copy & Paste Flowers 5 as a New Layer... Position it along the the side of the Rectangle... Add Dropshadow of choice. .. Duplicate & Mirror it.

9) Copy & Paste the Kite, Sun & Butterfly as a New Layers... Position them & Add Dropshadows of choice.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Delete the Site Info Layer... Click on the Background Layer... Copy & Paste Paper 1, Then Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image,and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer... Duplicate The Mask Layer.

3) Copy & Paste the Glitter Cluster as a New Layer & Position at the bottom of the Template.

4) Leave the Black Circle Layer, Click on the Grey Circle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 1,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Grey Circle Layer & Delete it... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave,Gap Size - 1, Width - 8, Opacity - 1, Colour - White, OK.

5) Leave the White Round Frame, Click on the Side Rectangle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill Black, Then Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Position in the Frame, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Side Rectangle Layer & Delete it.

6) Click on the Rectangle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 3, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Rectangle Layer & Delete it.

7) Using a Font of choice - I used Pixelette, Size 6, Colour - #c8487b, Write out "Secret" making sure it fits inside the Rectangle... Repeat this until its filled... Then change the Blend Mode to Burn.

8) Using a Font of choice - I used Century Gothic, Size 20, Colour - Black, Write out "Can U Keep A Secret" & Position along the Rectangle... I added a Gradient Glow to mine, Duplicate & Position.

9) Copy & Paste Diary 2 as a New Layer... Position to the bottom of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then on top of the Flower 2 as a New Layer & the Glittered Heart... Position them & Add dropshadows of choice.

10) Copy & Paste the Key&Padlock 1 as a New Layer... Position along the Rectangle Frame... Position & Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Copy & Paste Bow 1 as a New Layer... Goto Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & Apply these settings,

Position on top of the Key & Padlock... Add Dropshadow of choice... I also Colorized the Flower.

11) Copy & Paste the Shhh Word Art as a New Layer... Position & Add Dropshadow of choice.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

3) Copy & Paste the Diamond Swirl as a New Layer... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right,Degrees - 90, OK... Then Position at the bottom of the Template, Then Duplicate & Flip it & Mirror it.

4) Then Copy & Paste the GlitterSplat 3 as a New Layer.. Position same as Step 3... Then Duplicate, Flip & Mirror it.

5) Click on the Rectangle 1 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 14,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Rectangle Layer & Delete it.Repeat this Step for Rectangles 2,3 & 4.

6) Click back down on your GlitterSplat Layer, Copy & Paste the WrappedFrame 1 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right,Degrees - 10, OK.

7) Open the Sheer Ribbon, Image, Mirror... Copy & Paste as a New Layer... Position in the middle of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Click on the Background Rectangle Left Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 1,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Rectangle Layer & Delete it... Repeat this Step for the Background Rectangle Right Layer... Then using your Magic Wand, Click inside the Paper Layer, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections,Invert, Delete, Select None... Then Drop the Opacity down to 70% & change the Blend Mode to Soft Light.

9) Copy & Paste the Flower 2 as a New Layer.. Position it in the corner of the Frame... Add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Click on the Front Square Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 16,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Front Square Layer & Delete it.

11) Duplicate your Flower 2 & Position down the bottom of the Front Square Frame.

12) Open your Dangle Charm, Go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & Apply these settings,

Then Copy & Paste Bow 3 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Position on top of the Dangle.

13) Copy & Paste the Diamond Heart as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the Frame.

14) Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & Position inside the Rectangles.

2) Delete the Site Info Layer... Click on the Background Layer... Copy & Paste Paper 5, Then Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Click on the Circle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 10,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Circle Layer & Delete it.

4) Using your Magic Wand, Click inside Shape 2, 3 & 4 (Make sure they are all Selected), Copy & Paste Paper 4,Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the ShapeLayers & Delete them.

5) Copy & Patse the Jewelled Metal Doodle 2 as a New Layer... (Refer to above tag for Position)... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate & Flip it & Mirror it.

6) Copy & Patse the Painted Flower 3 as a New Layer... (Refer to above tag for Position)... Add Dropshadow of choice...Then Duplicate & Flip it & Mirror it.

7) Click on the Frame Layer with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand, 3 Pixels, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #10afaa (Dont Deslect yet)... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave,Gap Size - 1, Width - 5, Opacity - 1, Colour - White, OK... Then Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Position to the side of the Frame, Invert, Delete,Select None... Then Duplicate the Tube Layer & Mirror it... Make sure they are lined up underneath your Frame Layer... Then change the Blend Mode to Hard Light.

8) Click on the Frame Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 5, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None...Then go back to the Frame Layer & Delete it... AddDropshadow of choice.

9) Copy & Paste the Heart Beads as a New Layer... Position to the side of the Frame... Then Duplicate & Mirror it.

Supplies - HERE.

Font of Choice - I used Alex Brush.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 5 as a New Layer, Open your Becky Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer... Duplicate this twice &Merge the Layers together... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 1, Width - 5, Opacity - 1, Colour - White, OK.

3) Copy & Paste the Paper 2 as a New Layer, Open your tde_68 Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

4) Copy & Paste Doodle 4 as a New Layer... Position so its up at the top of the Tag... The go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize,Hue - 146, Saturation - 66, OK... Then Duplicate & Flip it & Mirror it.

5) Copy & Paste Frame 5 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right,Degrees - 10, OK.

6) Copy & Paste Ribbon 6 as a New Layer... Position in the middle of the Tag... Then Duplicate & Flip it & Mirror it.

7) Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background - Null, Foreground - #456075, Width 5.00... And draw out a Rectangle (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to Raster Layer... Add Drop Shadow of choice.

8) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand, 3 Pixels, Then on your Materials Palette, Click on the Properties & Apply these Settings,

Then Add a New Layer, and Flood Fill it with the Gradient... Then Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Make sure your Gradient & Tube are underneath your Frame Layer.

9) In between your Gradient Layer & Tube Layer, Copy & Paste the Cloud as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Change the Blend Mode to Multiply & drop the Opacity down to 65%.

10) Copy & Paste Jewel 2 as a New Layer... Position to the side of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

11) Copy & Paste Leaf 2 as a New Layer... Position to the side of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

12) Copy & Paste Satin Flower 2 as a New Layer... Position to the bottom of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then on top of the Satin Flower, Add a few Flowers as New Layers...Position them & Add dropshadows of choice.

13) Copy & Paste Butterfly 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Colorize the Butterfly with the Settings used in Step 4.

14) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure All Layers is ticked.

Filters Used - Penta.com - Jeans & Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow.

Font of Choice - I used Inspiration , Pixelette & Impact.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Delete the Site Info Layer... Click on the Background Layer... Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #515d60, Then Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Click on the Back Rectangle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill #515d60, Select None...Then go back to the Back Rectangle Layer & Delete it.

4) Leave the Black Frame Layers as is... Click on the Front Rectangle Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill #515d60, Select None...Then go back to the Front Rectangle Layer & Delete it... Then go to your Plugin - Penta.com - Jeans & Apply these settings,

Repeat this Step for the Back Rectangle Layer.

5) Click on the Star Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill Black, Select None...Then go back to the Back Rectangle Layer & Delete it... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 1, Width - 5, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - #515d60, OK.

6) Copy & Paste the Music Notes as a New Layer... Position, Then Duplicate it, Flip it & Position so they line up neatly.

7) Using a Font of choice - I used Pixelette, Size 6, Write out whatever you want around the Tag making sure it fits inside the Black Frame... Repeat this all the way around the Frame.

8) Copy & Paste the Dotted Lines as a New Layer... Position, Then Duplicate it, Flip it & Position so they line up neatly along the Frame.

9) Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Position it, Then Duplicate it a few times & place them around the corners of the Frame.

10) Using a Font of choice - I used Impact, Write "Disco Stick" & Position along the bottom of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

11) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

12) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it where you would like... I then added a Gradient Glow to my name... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Click on the Background Layer, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #f26fb3, Open your Vix Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Click on the Background Layer, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill Black, Open your WSL Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer... Then go to your Plugin - Xenofex 2 - Constellation & Apply these settings,

4) Leave all the Thin Rectangles as they are not changing... X out the Dashed Rectangle.

5) Click on the Rectangle Layer, Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, & Apply these settings,

6) Click on the Wordart Template Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill each letter Black, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Delete the Wordart Layer... Then Reapply the Weave Settings but change the colour to #f26fb3.

7) Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Position, Then Duplicate it, Flip it & Position so they line up.

8) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it along the Pink Thin Rectangle... Duplicate it & Drag it down to the other Thin Rectangle & Position.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

10) Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed.

ANIMATION..

1) X out the Tube & Copyright Info, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

2) Open your Pink Dots Animation in Animation shop... The one supplied has 10 Frames... Dupliacte the Tag Background until you have 10 Frames, Then go to Edit, Select All, Then Click on the Pink Dots Animation, Select All & then Drag this layer down onto your Tag & Position it in the Middle of the Think Black Rectangle. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it... If you make a mistake you can always go to Edit & Undo Drag.) Repeat this Step for both Rectangles.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out all other Layers, Then UnX the Tube & Copyright Info, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop... Dupliacte the Tube Layer until you have 10 Frames, Then go to Edit, Select All, & then Drag this layer down onto your Tag & Position it.

4) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

3) On the Masked Layer, Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 1, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - Black, Apply, OK.

4) Using your Preset Shape Tool, Shape - Eclipse, Line Style - Diamond, Width - 3.00, Colour - Black, Draw out a Circle around your Masked Layer... Repeat this Step with #b14167 colour & Add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Click on the Grey Back Layer, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Make sure it fits within the White Frame Layer.. Drop the Opacity of the Tube down to 55%... Now Delete the Grey Back Layer.

6) Click on the White Frame Layer, Copy & Paste the Roses as a New Layer & Position... Then Duplicate & Mirror it... Then Duplicate again & Flip it & same for the other Rose.

7) Copy & Paste your Bow of choice as a New Layer & Position in the middle of the Frame.. Then Copy & Paste the Diamond & Position in the center of the Bow... Then Duplicate the Bow & Diamond & Flip them.

8) Click on the Star Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #b14167, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Star Layer & Delete it... Then with a Font of choice, Write "Punk Princess" in the Star.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

4) Duplicate your Frame2 layer & drag this layer to the bottom but just above your white layer... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius 20.00 & apply.

5) Copy & Paste your Doodle as a new layer... Drag this layer down to the bottom but just above your white layer.

6) Copy & Paste your Frame1 as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Click inside the Frame1 with your magic wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 4.00, Now copy & paste your scrap paper as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame.

8) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

Then Copy & Paste as a New Layer onto your Tag... Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer... Then Duplicate it a few times to make the background look darker.

3) Copy & Paste the Window Frameas a New Layer... Then open your Misted Background Tube, Copy & Paste as a New Layer & drag it under the Frame Layer... Then Repeat Step 2 to colorize the Misted Tube... Then Copy & Paste the White Forrest Tube as a New Layer & Position it along the bottom of the Window... Resize & Colorize.

4) Copy & Paste the Snow Curtain as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position under the Window Frame... Then go to your Plugin - DSB Flux Bright Noise & Apply these settings,

Then Copy & Paste the Snowman as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the background.

5) Copy & Paste the Ornament String as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Window Frame... Then repeat Step 2 to Colorize.

6) Copy & Paste Snowflake 4 as a New Layer... Resize & Position in the corner of the Window Frame... Then Colorize & Repeat Step 4 for the Bright Noise... Then Duplicate it a few times & Position them around the Window Frame.

7) Copy & Paste the Ribbon Bow as a New Layer... Resize & Position in the corner of the Window Frame ontop of the Snowflake... Then repeat Step 2 to Colorize... Then Duplicate it a few times & Position them ontop of the Snowflakes.

8) Copy & Paste the Bow 3 as a New Layer... Resize & Position in the corner of the Window Frame ontop of the Ribbon Bow... Then repeat Step 2 to Colorize... Then Duplicate it a few times & Position them ontop of the Ribbon Bows.

9) Then Open your Wordart & Resize to suit... Then go to your Plugin - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, On the Basic Tab, make the Width - 3.00 & Apply these settings,

Then Copy & Paste as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

11) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure All Layers is ticked.

ANIMATION...

1) Now we are going to close all the Layers off... Now just open your White Background, Masked Layer, Misted Background, White Forrest, Snowman & Snow Curtain... Right Click on your Tag, Go to copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation is Animation Shop.

2) Now go back to PSP & close those background Layers off, Then Open all the other Layers up & then Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation is Animation Shop.

3) Open your Snow Animation is Animation Shop, See how many Frames it has... The one supplied has 10 frames.

4) Go to Edit, Select All & All of your Frames will be highlighted.

5) Now go back to your Tag and Duplicate it until you have 10 Frames... Repeat this for both Tags.5) Go to Edit, Select All & all of your Tag Frames will be highlighted.

6) Now Drag your Snow Tube down onto your Background & place it so it sits under the Window Frame... (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it... If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

7) Repeat this Step for your Top Window Frame Layer & Position it so that it sits even in the middle.

8) When you're happy with it, Save it using the Optimization Wizard & Save as a .gif.

Then go back to the Square Background Layer... Then Click on the Square Backgrounds with your Magic Wand, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go to your Plugin - Zero Radiance & Apply these settings,

10) Click on the Square Frame Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 1, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Square Frame Layer.

11) Then Copy & Paste Bows 4 & 5 as New Layers... Resize & add Dropshadows of choice & Position them to the right hand side of the Tag.

12) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

13) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure All Layers is ticked.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 6 as a New Layer... Open your Wynter Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Duplicate the Mask Layer & Mirror it.

3) Then Copy & Paste Element 60 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

4) Now Click on your Top Mask Layer.. Copy & Paste Element 27 as a New Layer... Position it to the side of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice & Duplicate & Mirror it.

5) Now click back up on your Black Background Element, Copy & Paste Paper 6 again as a New Layer... Open your Vix Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

6) Copy & Paste Element 13 (Frame) as a New Layer... Then using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Frame, Add a New Layer, Flood Fill #000000, Select None... Make sure this Layer is below your Frame... Now go to your Plugin - Penta.com Colour Dot & Apply these settings,

7) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your Frame but above your Black Background Layer... Repeat this Step for 3 Sections of the Frame.

8) Copy & Paste Element 5 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Top of the Frame... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left , Degrees - 8.00, OK.

9) Copy & Paste Element 64 (Wicked Wordart) as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Bottom of the Tag.

10) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the Middle of the Tag.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Open your Paper, And go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & apply these settings,

Then Copy & Paste the Paper as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Leave the Back Of Frame Layer, Click on the Frame Layer, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Make sure your Tube is below the Frame Layer... Click on the Frame Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #512011, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Frame Layer.

4) Click on the Wrodart Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill #512011, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Wordart Layer & Delete it.

5) Copy & Paste the Doodle as a New Layer... Position under the Circle Layer & Colorize the Doodle as in Step 2.

6) On the Circle 1 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Tube of choice as a New Layer, Resize, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None, Add Dropshadow of choice.... Then go back to the Circle 1 Layer & Delete it... Now Repeat this Step for all the Circle Layers... For some of the Circles, I used a print from the Tube.

7) Copy & Paste the Branch as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate 2 times & rotate them slightly so they are all different directions.

8) Then Copy & Paste the Bow as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position ontop of the Branches.

9) Leave the Staples Layer... Then Copy & Paste the Butterfly as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position ontop of the Circles to the side.

10) Copy & Paste the Button as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position around the Circles.

11) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

Font of Choice - "BeanSprout DNA"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Open your White Postcard template, Copy & paste as a new layer... Then open your Misted Background tube, Copy & Paste as a new layer on top of your white template.

3) Duplicate the Misted Background & drag it down underneath your white template... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius 20.00 & apply these settings.

4) Then grab your Preset Shape Tool, Foreground - A paper from your scrap kit or colour of choice, Background - Null, Width 15.00, And draw out a frame to put on your postcard (Refer to above tag for sizing)... Add Dropshadow of choice... You should now have something like this,

5) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & position it over to the side of the tag so you still have some room for writting on the postcard.

6) Copy & Paste your Stamp as a new layer & position it in the middle at the top of your tag.

7) Copy & Paste your Black Line as a new layer & position it in the middle of your tag.

8) Copy & Paste your Ribbon as a new layer & position it ialong the bottom of your tag.

9) Copy & Paste any accents, bow's etc, that you would like to use, as a new layers & position them around your tag.

10) Using a font of your choice, write any saying you would like on your Postcard... I used "Sending You Warm Winter Wishes".

11) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it...Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off.

ANIMATION...

1) Now we are going to close all the layers off... Now just open your White Background, Blurred Background, Postcard template, Misted Background, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation is Animation shop.

2) Now go back to PSP & close those background layers off, Then open all the other layers up & the right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation is Animation shop.

3) Open your Snow animation is Animation Shop, See how many frames it has... The one supplied has 9 frames.

4) Go to edit, select all & all of your frames will be highlighted.

5) Now go back to your Tag and duplicate it until you have 9 frames... Repeat this for both tags5) Go to edit, select all & all of your tag frames will be highlighted.Now you should have this,

6) Now drag your Snow Tube down onto your tag & place it so it covers the misted background. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it. If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

7) Repeat this step for your Tube layer & position it so that it sits even in the middle.

8) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Add a New Layer above the White Background & Flood Fill #000000, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Leave the Slats Layer, Copy & Paste the Masked Wordart as a New Layer... Resize if needed... Drop the Opacity down to 50%.

4) Leave the Photos Layer, Click inside the one of the Photo Boxes with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Copy & Paste a Tube as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... Make sure this Layer is below the Frame Layer... Repeat this Step until the 4 boxes are filled... Then click on the Photo Layer with your magic wand, Then go to your filter Penta.com Colour Dot & apply these settings,

5) Now on the Frame Layer, Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background - Null, Foreground - #808080, Line Style - Dot, Width - 2.00, And draw out a Rectangle to go around your Frame Layer... Convert to Raster Layer... Add dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate this 3 times & Drag them over to the other Frames.

6) Copy & Paste your Star Line as a New Layer... Position it in the corner, Then Duplicate it 3 times & Position them around the Slats.

7) Copy & Paste the Chain as a New Layer... Drag it down under the Photos Layer... Duplicate it a few times & Position under the Photos Layer.

8) Copy & Paste the WordArt as a New Layer... Position along the top of the tag... Duplicate & Drag it down the bottom of the Tag.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the middle of the Tag.

ANIMATION..

1) Go to your 2nd & 3rd Tube Layers & X them out... Then click on the 1st Tube Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

2) Then go back to PSP, X out the 1st Tube Layer, Then unX the 2nd Tube Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste after current Frame in Animation Shop.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out the 2nd Tube Layer, Then unX the 3rd Tube Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste after current Frame in Animation Shop.

4) Go to Edit, Select All, Then go to Animation, Frame Properties & Change the Display Time to 20.5) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 23 as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background - Null, Foreground - Paper 22,, Width 15.00... And draw out a big Square (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to Raster Layer... Add Drop Shadow of choice.

4) Then Click back on your Mask Layer, Copy & Paste the Lace as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & apply these settings,

5) Copy & Paste Doodle 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position under the Frame but above your Masked Layer.

6) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position under the Frame... Then go to your Plugin - Xero Radiance & apply these settings,

7) Copy & Paste Ribbon 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the top of the Tag.

8) Copy & Paste Flower 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag.

9) Copy & Paste the Vintage Clock as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the bottom of the Tag... Then i colorized it using the same settings as Step 4.

10) Copy & Paste Butterfly 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the corner of the Tag... Duplicate & Resize Smaller, Mirror it & Position in the other Corner.

11) Using a Font of your choice, Write "Time Waits For Nobody..." & Position it along the top of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice or Graident Glow.

12) Using the same Font, Write your Name & Position it... Add your copyright information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION..

1) X out all layers in PSP... Then unX the Background, Masked Layer, Lace & Doodle Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

2) Open your Shooting Star Animation in AS... The one supplied has 18 Frames... Firstly we need to Crop it so Go to Edit, Select All, Then Click on the Crop Tool & make a Selection inside the Shooting Star Animation... We mainly need the height Smaller, Not so much the Width but this will depend on the size if your Frame... It may take a few goes to get the right size.

3) Dupliacte the Tag Background until you have 18 Frames, Then go to Edit, Select All, Then Click on the Shooting Star Animation & Drag this layer down onto your Tag & Position it in the Middle of the Background.

4) Then go back to PSP, X out the Background, Masked Layer, Lace & Doodle Layer... Then unX all the other Layers, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

5) Duplicate this until you have 18 Frames, Go to Select All, And Drag this Layer down onto your Tag making sure the Frame lines up neatly with the Background. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it... If you make a mistake you can always go to Edit & Undo Drag.)

6) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

6) Copy & Paste Frame 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 10.00, OK... The using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Heart on Frame 2, Click on your Frame 1 & Delete.

7) Then using your Freehand Selection Tool again, Make a Selection around one of the Circles on Frame 2, Then Click on your Black Circle Layer, Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - #005b71, Apply, OK.

8) Copy & Paste Butterfly 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position around your Tag.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Open your Coffi Rainbow Rose & using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the around the Rose Buds & go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize, & Apply these settings,

Then Repeat this Step to Colorize the Stem & Leaves but Change the Hue - 0, Saturation - 0, OK.

11) Copy & Paste Bow 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the Middle of the Rose Tube.

6) Copy & Paste the Lace 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the bottom of the Frame.

7) Copy & Paste the Ribbon Wrap 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the bottom of the Frame.

8) Copy & Paste Leaf 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the side of the Frame... Then Copy & Paste the Leaf Branch & Branch Flowers 1 as New Layers... Resize them & add Dropshadows of choice & Position them all together... Then on your Leaf Branch Layer, Colorize using the same settings in Step 5.

9) Copy & Paste Bow 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position on top of the Flowers.

Font of Choice - I used "Rob Children Play".

1) Open a new Transparent Image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & paste your Matt Frame as a New Layer... Resize... Then go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat... Then open up a Scrap Paper (I used paper pp4)... Copy & Paste as a New Layer onto the Tag, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go to the Black Matt Frame & Delete this Layer.

3) Open Paper sp4, Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background - Null, Foreground -Paper... And draw out a square (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to Raster Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Repeat this Step again but change the Paper to sp8... Then with your Preset Shape Tool again, Change the Foreground colour to White, Line Style - Dot, Width - 3.00 & draw out another square to fit inside the Yellow square outline... Convert to Raster Layer.

4) Copy & Paste the Gate as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate & move them along the background.

5) Copy & Paste the Tree as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position the side of the Tag.

6) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Copy & Paste the Watering Can, Worm & Butterflies as New Layers... Add Dropshadows of choice & Position them on the Tag.

8) Copy & Paste the Boarder as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the bottom of the Tag... Duplicate it & go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - 90.00, OK & Position along the side of Tag.

9) Copy & Paste the "Summer" Wordart as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the top corner... Then using a Font of choice, Type out "Sweet" & "Fun" as New Layers & slightly Rotate them.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 7 as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

3) Copy & Paste Frame 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the right hand side of your Tag... Click inside the Frame 4 with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Copy & Paste Paper 7 as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... Make sure this Layer is below your Frame Layer.

4) Copy & Paste Doodle 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position under the Frame & Paper Layer... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - 90.00, OK... Then move it to the right hand side of the Tag.

5) Then back up to the top Layer... Copy & Paste Doodle 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the left hand side of the Tag.

6) Copy & Paste Cherry Blossom 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the right hand side of the Tag.

7) Copy & Paste Frame 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the middle, To the right hand side of the Tag... Then click inside the Frame 3 with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Copy & Paste Paper 9 as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... 8) Copy & Paste the Heart as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 15.00, OK... Then move it to the right hand side of the Tag.

9) Copy & Paste Flower 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Add a New Layer, Flood Fill a Paper from the kit (I used Paper 9), Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

3) Copy & Paste your Round Frame as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

4) Click inside the Circle Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Copy & Paste a Paper from the kit ( I used Paper 5), Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... Make sure this Layer is below your Frame Layer.

5) Copy & Paste the Ribbon Wrap as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it at the top of the Circle Frame.

6) Copy & Paste the Square Frame (I used Frame 6) as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Click inside the Circle Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Copy & Paste a Paper from the kit ( I used Paper 1), Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... Make sure this Layer is below your Square Frame Layer... Then on the Paper Layer, Go to your Plugin, Gregs Factory Output Volume 2 - Pool Shadow & apply these settings,

Then on the same Layer, Go to your Plugin, Zenofex 2 - Constellation & apply these settings,

8) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Frame & Delete it so it looks like her head is overlapping the Frame.

9) Copy & Paste the Satin Flower Bow as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the corner of the Frame just underneath your Tube.

10) Copy & Paste the Butterflies as New Layers... Resize & add Dropshadows of choice & Position them around the tag.

4) Copy & Paste the Bracket as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it & Rotate it Left - 10 Degrees... Click inside the Bracket with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Now Copy & Paste Scrap Paper 3 as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this Layer is below your Bracket Layer... Select None... Then on your Background Layer, Go to your Plugin - Zenofex 2 Constellation & Apply these settings,

5) Copy & Paste the Rainbow as a New Layer... Duplicate it, On the 2nd Rainbow Layer, Drop the Opacity down to 50% & on Both Layers, Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light.

6) Copy & Paste the Castle as a New Layer... Resize & add a slight Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag.

7) Copy & Paste Bow 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position at the top corner of the Bracket... Duplicate & Mirror it.

8) Copy & Paste the FlowersBranches as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Then Repeat the Colorizing in Step 3.

9) Copy & Paste the Fairywand as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the side of the Bracket.

10) Copy & Paste the Clouds as a New Layer... Resize & add a slight Dropshadow of choice & Position them around the bottom of the Tag... Once i had finished placing the Clouds around, I then Clicked on both Bracket Layers & the Glitter Boarder, Made a Selection around the bottom of the Tag where the Brackets were visable & Deleted them which then just leaves the Cloud Effect.

11) Then Open your Fairydust Trail, Make a Selection around 1 of the Sparkles, Then Copy & Paste as a New Layer onto your Tag... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it a few times & arrange them around the Background.

3) Click on the Rectangle 1 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Add a New Layer & Flood Fill Black, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Rectangle 1 Layer & Delete it... Now Repeat this Step for the Rectangle 3, Strip 1 & 3 Layers.

8) Copy & Paste Ribbon 5 as a New Layer... Mirror it, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position over the top of the Frame.

9) Open the Signs from the kit, Make a Selection around the one you want to use, Copy & Paste as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Copy & Paste the Tyres as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position on top of the Sign... Then Duplicate the Tyres & Resize them Smaller.

10) Copy & Paste the Car as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position near the Tyres... Then go to your Plugin - Eye Candy 4000 Shadow Lab & Apply these settings,

11) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

12) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION..

1) X out your Name, ©, Tube, Car, Tyres, Sign, Ribbon, Frame Layers... Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

2) Open your Road Animation & see how many Frames it has... The one supplied has 4 Frames.

3) Go to Edit, Select All & All of your Frames will be Highlighted.

4) Then go back to PSP, And X out the all the other Layers... Then unX the Name, ©, Tube, Car, Tyres, Sign, Ribbon, Frame Layers, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

5) Dupliacte both the Background & Top Layers until you have 4 Frames, Then go to Edit, Select All on Both.

6) Now Drag your Road Animation down onto your Background & Place it on top of the Frame Filled Layer... (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it... (If you make a mistake you can always go to Edit & Undo Drag.)... Then Drag your Top Layer down onto the Tag & Position.

7) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Filters needed: DSB Flux, Lokas Software - 3D Shadow & VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes

Font of Choice: I used "Gwendolyn Bold"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600. Flood fill white.

2) Add a new raster layer & Flood Fill with Black... Then open your Mask & go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply...Then go back to Layers & then Delete. Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

3) Get your preset shape tool..Background Null..Foreground Black, Width 5.00, And draw out a square inside of your mask... (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Then click inside the square with your magic wand... Add a new layer & Flood Fill White... Select none.

4) Then get your preset shape tool again & draw out another black square inside of the white one... (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Then draw out a rectangle along the bottom of the squares so its covering the bottom of the mask... Then drag this rectangle below your black square layer... Now go to your filter, VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes & apply these settings,

Your tag should now look like this,

5) Now copy & paste your Diamonds as a new layer... Duplicate & rotate them until you have 4 rows which go around the inside of your black square... Delete any excess off & resize if needed.

6) Copy & paste your small Rose boarder as a new layer... Resize & position around the rectangle at the bottom.

7) Now copy & paste your large Rose boarder as a new layer... Position it around the square at the top.

8) Copy & paste your tube as a new layer... Resize if needed... Then go to your filter, Lokas Software - 3D Shadow & apply these settings,

5) Click inside the Circle with your Magic Wand, Go to Selections, Modify, Contract, 15.00, OK... While its still Selected, Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - Black, Apply, OK, Select None.

6) Now using your Preset Shape Tool, Background - Null, Foreground - Black, Line Style - Dot, Width - 3.00, Draw out a circle to go along the inisde of the Circle, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Copy & Paste your Square Frame ( I used Frame 03) as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 15.00, OK... Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 06) as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None... Make sure this layer is below your Frame Layer... Now Repeat Step 6 to draw a line around the inside of the Square Frame.

8) Copy & Paste your Flower as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Position it along the top of the Frame, Duplicate it & Position it along the bottom of the Frame.

9) Copy & Paste the Passion Heart Element as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice...Duplicate it & Position it around the Frame like so.

10) Copy & Paste Bow of choice as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate it & Mirror it.

11) Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Duplicate it & Position it inside the Flowers & Bow.

12) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer.. Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.13) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION...

1) Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation is Animation shop.

2) Open your Sparkle Tube in AS & see how many frames it has. The one supplied has 7 frames.

3) Go to Edit, Select All & all of your Frames will be Highlighted... Then go to Animation, Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 15.00, OK.

4) Now go back to your Tag and Duplicate it until you have 7 Frames.

5) Go to Edit, Select All & all of your Tag Frames will be Highlighted.

6) Now drag your Sparkle Tube down onto your tag & place where you would like it. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing Sparkle Tube until you are happy with where you would like it... If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

Filter needed: VM Extravaganza Transmission

Font of Choice ~ I used "Century Gothic"

!1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600. Flood fill white.2) Get your preset shape tool...Background Black, Foreground White, Width 5.00 , And draw out a big square...(Refer to above tag for size)...Convert to raster layer...Add Dropshadow of choice.3) Now get your preset shape tool again...Background Black, Foreground Null, And draw out another square the same size as first square...Convert to raster layer...Now drag this layer underneath the first square...Now go to your plugin VM Extravaganza Transmission & use these settings,

4) Now click on your framed square layer, Take your Stage Tube & paste as a new layer (Make sure its inside your square)... Change the Blend mode to Luminance Legacy & drop the Opacity to 35%.

5) Copy & paste the Diamond tube as a new layer...Now place it on the side & line it up on one of the transmission lines...Then keep duplicating it until there is one in every line.

6) Now get your preset shape tool again...Background Black, Foreground White, Width 5.00 , And draw out a rectangle above your square...(Refer to above tag for size)...Convert to raster layer...Add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Copy & Paste your Diamond Heart tube as a new layer...Position it over to the side up the top...Then Duplicate, Then Mirror & make sure its lined up even.

8) Using a font of your choice, Write out "Show Girls" twice & position it inside the rectangle inbetween the two hearts.

9) Copy & Paste your Sparkle Line as a new layer...Line it up inside your rectangle...Then Duplicate it, Flip it & line up the second row.

10) Copy & Paste your Live On Stage tube as a new layer.

11) Next Copy & Paste your tube/s of choice as a new layer...Position it & add Dropshadow of choice.

12) Now back to your first flood filled White layer...Add a new Raster Layer & Flood Fill with Black...Then open your Mask & go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply...Then go back to Layers & then Delete...Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

13) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it along the bottom of your tag...Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off...Resize tag if needed...Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION...

1) Make sure all layers are open...Right click Copy Merged & Paste as a new animation in Animation Shop.

2) Next go back to PSP & then x out your Live On Stage tube...Right click Copy Merged & then paste After Current Frame in Animation Shop.

3) Click on Edit, Select All...Then click on Animation, Frame Properties & change the speed to 50.

4) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Filter needed - DSB Flux - Bright Noise.

Font of Choice - "TheNautiGal & Century Gothic"

1) Open your Template... Press the Shift Key & D on your keyboard to Duplicate the Template... Then close the original.

2) Copy & Paste Paper 2 as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the Mask Layer.

3) Copy & Paste Doodle Art as a New Layer.. Resize to suit Canvas & Position in the middle of the Tag.

4) Copy & Paste the Bracket as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the middle of the Tag... Then using your Magic Wand, Click inside every Heart, Once all Selected, Go to Selections, Modify, Contract, 1 pixel, OK... Then Duplicate the Bracket Layer 2 times so you have 3 Layers, Then Click on the bottom Layer, Go to your Plugin - DSB Flux - Bright Noise & Apply these settings,

Then Click on the 2nd Bracket Layer, Apply the Bright Noise again but Click it Twice... Then Click on the 3rd Bracket Layer & Apply the Bright Noise again but Click it 3 times.

5) On the Rectangle 3 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 2 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Rectangle 3 Layer & Delete it... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK.

6) On the Rectangle 1 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 14 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Rectangle 1 Layer & Delete it.

7) Then on the Rectangle 2 Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 2 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go back to the Rectangle 2 Layer & Delete it... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK... Then Copy & Paste your Tube on top of these Layers... Reszie to suit & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & Apply these settings,

8) On the Heart Layer, I X'ed mine out... Then Copy & Paste the Ribbon Heart 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then using your Raster Deform Tool, Rotate it to the Position of the original heart.

9) Copy & Paste Bow 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the corner of the Square... Then Duplicate it a few times & Position them around the Square... Then Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the middle of the Bow... Repeat this all around your Square.

10) Using a Font of your choice (I used Century Gothic), Type out "SEXY" & Position it around the Black Square... Duplicate it & Position them around the Black Square.

11) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position on the Tag.

12) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION..

1) Go to your 2nd & 3rd Bracket Layers & X them out... Then Click on the 1st Bracket Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

2) Then go back to PSP, X out the 1st Bracket Layer, Then unX the 2nd Bracket Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste after current frame in Animation Shop.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out the 2nd Bracket Layer, Then unX the 3rd Bracket Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste after current frame in Animation Shop.

4) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Supplies - Here

Font of Choice - "Phoenix Script"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste your Masked Background as a new layer.

3) Copy & paste your Frame as a new layer... Resize & add dropshadow of choice... And position it in the middle.

4) Click inside the Frame with your magic wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 4.00, Now copy & paste your Forrest as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame... Repeat this step for the bridge also.

5) Copy & Paste your Journal Paper as a new layer & position it where it fits nicely under the Forrest Tube but above the Masked Background... Add drop shadow of choice & go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - Free - 10%.

6) Copy & Paste the Pearls as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & line it up so it sits nicely along the frame layer... Then Duplicate & Flip & keep repeating until they are along the whole frame.

7) Copy & paste your tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & posistion it to the side of the frame.

8) Copy & Paste your Garden Floral as a new layer... Duplicate, Add drop shadow of choice & go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - Free - 90%.

9) Copy & Paste your Curled Ribbon as a new layer... Resize & add dropshadow of choice... Duplicate, Add drop shadow of choice & go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Left, Degrees - Free - 90%.

10) Copy & Paste your Tag as a new layer... Resize & add dropshadow of choice.

11) Now Copy & Paste a Flower as a new layer... Resize & add dropshadow of choice... And place it so it covers the ribbons joining.

12) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

ANIMATION...

1) Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation is Animation shop.

2) Open your Animated Butterfly Tube in AS & see how many frames it has. The one supplied has 15 frames.

3) Go to edit, select all & all of your frames will be highlighted.

4) Now go back to your Tag and duplicate it until you have 15 frames.

5) Go to edit, select all & all of your tag frames will be highlighted.

6) Now drag your Animated Butterfly Tube down onto your tag & place where you would like it. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing Heart until you are happy with where you would like it. If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

7) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Filter needed - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Font of Choice - "Summer Nights & Century Gothic"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Get your preset shape tool... Background Null, Foreground White(Or colour of choice), Width 15.00 , And draw out a big circle... (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Add dropshadow of choice.

3) Then click inside the circle with your magic wand & then go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5 pixels... Then open one of your scrap papers, Copy & Paste as a new layer, Selections, Invert & then press Delete on your keyboard... Select none... Then drag this layer underneath your white circle... Repeat this step two more times to get your three circles using a different scrap paper.

4) Copy & Paste any elements from your scrap kit as new layers (Like presents, christmas tree's etc...), Add Dropshadow of choice & position them around your tag.

5) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & position it in the middle of the largest circle.

6) Using a font of your choice, (I used Summer Nights), Write "Santa's Lil Helper"... Poistion it along the bottom of your tag... Then apply filter "Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow" with these settings,

7) Now go back to your bottom White layer, Add a new layer & flood fill this a colour from your tag... Then go to Image, And resize with these settings,

8) Go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, & use these settings,

9) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it...Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off.

1) Open a new Transparent Image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste Aged Paper 4 as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Duplicate the Mask Layer & then Merge down.

3) Copy & Paste Aged Frame 5 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate this Layer & go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius - 20.00, OK... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - Black, Apply, OK, Select None.

4) Now under your Frame Layer but above your Mask Layer, Copy & Paste the Aged Lace as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Copy & Paste the Aged Frame 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 10.00, OK... Then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & use these settings,

6) Copy & Paste your Tube/Image of choice as a New Layer & Position it under the Aged Frame 5... (I used the Image that came with the Tube).

7) Copy & Paste the Aged Flower 8 as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & Position it to the Top Right Hand Corner of the Tag... Then Copy & Paste Aged Flower 1 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & Resize it smaller then the Aged Flower 8 & Position it in the center of the other Flower.

8) Copy & Paste the Aged Key as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it under the Flowers in the Top Right Hand Corner of the Tag.

9) Copy & Paste the Aged Ribbon Bow as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Colorize it using the same settings as in Step 5.

10) Copy & Paste the Aged Doodle 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the Left Hand Bottom Corner of the Tag.

11) Copy & Paste the Aged Tag 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the Left Hand Top Corner of the Tag.

12) Copy & Paste the Aged Cluster as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the Left Hand Bottom Corner of the Tag... Then open your Wordart, Copy & Paste as a New Layer on Top of the Cluster... Resize it so it fits inside the Book Page & then Merge it down onto your Cluster.

13) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

ANIMATION..

1) X out your Name, © & Cluster Layers... Right click on your tag, go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

2) Open your Candle Animation & see how many Frames it has... The one supplied has 4 Frames.

3) Go to Edit, Select All & All of your Frames will be Highlighted.

4) Then go back to PSP, And X out the all the other Layers... Then unX the Name, © & Cluster Layers, Right click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation shop.

5) Dupliacte both the Background & Cluster Frames until you have 4 Frames, Then go to Edit, Select All on Both.

6) Now Drag your Candle Animation down onto your Background & Place down in the Bottom Left Hand Corner... (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it... (If you make a mistake you can always go to Edit & Undo Drag.)... Then Drag your Name, © & Cluster Layer down onto the Tag & Position.

7) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Font of Choice - "Wilderness".

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600... Flood fill white.

2) Add a New Layer, Flood Fill Black, Open your Vix Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Then go to your Plugin, Richard Rosenman - Grid Generator & apply these settings,

3) Then add a New Layer, Flood Fill Red, Open your Sophisticat Simone Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

4) Copy & Paste the Circle Frame as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Click inside the Circle Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 11) as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your frame layer.

6) Copy & Paste the Frame 4 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate the Frame, Then Mirror it.

7) Click inside the Square Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 01) as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your frame layer... Repeat this Step for the other Square Frame.

8) Now on your Red Paper Layer, Go to your Plugin, Gregs Factory Output Volume 2 - Pool Shadow & apply these settings,

Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - Black, OK.

9) Click inside the Square Frames with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Tube as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Now your Tube should be underneath the Frame Layer but above your Red Paper Layer... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

10) Copy & Paste the Red Star as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then position it in the top right hand corner of the Square Frame... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

11) Copy & Paste your Tube as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

12) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

Font of Choice - "2Peas Favorite Things".

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste your GrungedCd as a New Layer... Resize to suit canvas.

3) Copy & Paste the Doodle as a New Layer... Resize to suit canvas... Then move it to the right hand side of tag, Duplicate, Mirror & Flip it... Then Repeat this Step again for the Pink Doodle... You should now have something like this,

4) Then Copy & Paste the Scalloped Frame as a New Layer... Resize to suit canvas & add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 6.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 1) as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave & use these settings,

6) Copy & Paste the Wordart1 as a new layer... Resize to suit canvas.. Then go to your Plugin Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow & apply these settings,

7) Copy & Paste the Laced Frame as a New Layer... Resize to suit canvas & add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 6.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 3) as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave & repeat the same settings but change the Weave colour to White... Then go to your Plugin VM Natural - Marble Madness & use these settings,

9) Then once again click inside the Laced Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 6.00, Now Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice... Make sure this layer is below your frame... Repeat this step again to fill in the other side of the Frame.

10) Copy & Paste the Ribbon Wrap as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & place it along the bottom of your Laced Frame.

11) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & position it in the middle of the Frame.

12) Copy & Paste your Rock Star Word Art as a New Layer... Resize & position it at the bottom of your tag... I then added a Gradient Glow to the Word Art.

13) Now go back to the Pink Circle White Weaved Scrap Paper (which is underneath the Scalloped Frame), Duplicate it & drag it down to the bottom layer (Make sure its above your White Background)... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur & use these settings,

14) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

Font of Choice - I used "Will&Grace".

1) Open a new Transparent Image - size 600 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste Frame 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Frame,Then Open Paper pp4, Copy & Paste as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Make sure the Paper Layer in underneath the Frame Layer.

3) Copy & Paste Cloud 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position up the top of the Tag.. Duplicate & Move it to the side so it looks doubled.

4) Copy & Paste the Tree as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Open the Flowers 2, Go to Image, Flip... Then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & Apply these settings,

Then Copy & Paste it as a New Layer... Position at the bottom of the Tag... Then Duplicate it & move it upwards abit... Then using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the bits hanging out & Delete.

6) Click back up on your Top Layer... Copy & Paste the Sun, Butterfly & Flowers as a New Layers... Resize & add Dropshadow of choices & Position them around the Tag like mine.

7) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Copy & Paste the "Rain Rain" Wordart as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

9) Now Click back down to the Paper Background... Copy & Paste the Rain Tube as a New Layer... Position it in the Middle of the Tag but up towards the Clouds... Then Duplicate the Rain Tube 2 times so you have 3 Rain Tube Layers... Then Click on the 2nd Rain Tube Layer & move this down in the Middle of the Tag... Then Click on the 3rd Rain Tube Layer & Move that one down towards the Grass.

10) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess Background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

ANIMATION..

1) Go to your 2nd & 3rd Rain Tubes Layers & X them out... Then click on the 1st Rain Tube Layer, Right click on your Tag, go to Copy Merged & paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

Supplies - Here

Font of Choice - I used "Times New Roman".

1) Open a new Transparent Image - size 600 x 600... Flood fill white.

2) Copy & paste your Matt Frame as a new layer... Resize... Then go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat... Then open up a Scrap Paper (I used paper 1)... Resize & then Copy & Paste as a new layer onto the tag, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go to the Black Matt Frame & Delete this layer.

3) Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background Null... Foreground #b43c3b... And draw out a square (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Add drop shadow of choice... Then with your Preset Shape Tool again, Change the Foreground colour to White, Line Style - Diamond, Width - 4.00 & draw out another square to fit inside the Red square outline... Convert to raster layer.

4) Then click inside the Red Square with your magic wand... Then go to Selections, Modify, Expand 4 pixels... Open another Scrap Paper from kit (I used paper 2), Resize, Copy & Paste as a new layer, Selections, Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None... Now drag this layer underneath the Red Square layer... I colorized the paper with these settings,

Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Change the Radius to 20.00 & apply.

5) Copy & Paste your Cloud tube as a new layer.

6) Copy & Paste your Flower tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Position it to the side of the tag.

7) Copy & Paste your Fence tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Position it to the side of the tag, Then Duplicate it & Mirror.

8) Copy & Paste your DogHouse as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.Copy & Paste your Flower tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice... Position it to the side of the tag.

9) Copy & Paste your Sun tube as a new layer.

10) Copy & Paste your Grass tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & delete any excess off.

11) Copy & Paste your Popeye Wong tube as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice.

12) Copy & Paste your Flower tube again as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate this layer & arrange the flowers so they go along the bottom of the tag & cover up the girl slightly.

13) Go back to Step 3, And the Red Frame with the White Diamonds, Make sure all your layers are underneath these layers... With your Girl Tube, Using your Freehand Selection, Make a selection around her feet & delete on the Frame layer.

14) Copy & Paste the Tag as a new layer.15) Copy & Paste Ribbon/Bow of choice... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Place along the top of tag & colorize the ribbon with these settings,

16) Using a Font of your choice, Write "Puppy Love" & place it along the DogHouse banner.

17) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

ANIMATION...

1) Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation is Animation shop.

2) Open your Animated Butterfly Tube in AS & see how many frames it has. The one i used has 15 frames.

3) Go to edit, select all & all of your frames will be highlighted.

4) Now go back to your Tag and duplicate it until you have 15 frames.

5) Go to edit, select all & all of your tag frames will be highlighted.

7) Repeat this Step for your second coloured Butterfly.8) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

3) Copy & Paste Doodle 5 as a New Layer... Resize to suit Canvas.

4) Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background - #fae4e4, Foreground - #f3bfbe, Width 10.00... And draw out a big Flower Shape (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to Raster Layer... Add Drop Shadow of choice... Then Click inside the Flower with your Magic Wand, Go to Selections, Modify, Contract, 10 Pixels, Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK.

5) Get your Preset Shape Tool again... Background - Paper 12, Foreground - #f3bfbe, Width 10.00... And draw out another Flower Shape abit smaller then the last (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to Raster Layer... Add Drop Shadow of choice... Then Drop the Opacity down to 50%.

6) Back down to your Doodle 5 Layer, Copy & Paste Doodle 1 as a New Layer... Resize, Duplicate & Mirror it .

7) Copy & Paste Frame 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it so the Bow sits at the Top of the Flower.8) Copy & Paste the Cloud as a New Layer & Drag it under the Frame... I then colorized the Tube using these settings,

9) Copy & Paste Flower 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it along the Frame.

10) Copy & Paste the Baby Giraffe as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position on the other side of the Frame.

11) Copy & Paste the Pink Diamond as a New Layer & Position it in the Middle of the Bow on the Frame.

12) Copy & Paste Tube of choice... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... I then used my Freehand Selection Tool, Made a Selection around the Girls Clothes, Then used the same settings in Step 8.

13) Copy & Paste the Wordart as a New Layer... Resize & then go to your Plugin - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow, And use these settings,

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Add a new layer & flood fill #d47aae...Open your Becky Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

3) Repeat Step 2 for your Vix Mask.

4) Open a Scrap paper of choice from the kit, Get your Preset Shape Tool..Background -Scrap Paper... Foreground White... Width - 5.00... And draw out a square to fit one of the boxes on your mask (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Then Duplicate the square 3 times & place them around the corners so they all line up neatly.

6) Copy & Paste your Doodle as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position it at the bottom of the tag... Then Duplicate it & Flip it... Then Duplicate it again & just drag it down so its in the middle of the tag... You should now have something like this,

7) Using your Preset Shape Tool again, Pick another paper & repeat Step 4 but make a larger square to fit in the middle of the tag.
8) Copy & Paste your Bow as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it 3 times & place them around the corners of the tag.
9) Copy & Paste your 3 Pink Hearts Tube as a new layer & drag it down below the Doodle layers.
10) Copy & Paste your Wordart as a new layer & drag it up to the top of the tag.
11) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.
12) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it...Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off.

8) Now go back down to your Sparkle Masked Layer, Copy & Paste the Flowers as a new layer... Resize & then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & use these settings,

9) Now back up to your top layer, Copy & Paste the Journal Log as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position it to the right hand side of your tag... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 20.00, OK.

10) Copy & Paste your Word Art as a new layer... Resize & add Drop Shadow of choice... Rotate it the same way as your Journal Log & place it ontop of the paper.

11) Copy & Paste the Diamond Heart as a new layer... Duplicate it & Position them around the tag where you like.

4) Using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selection around the Frame, Copy & Paste your Peachie Paper 2 as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your Frame Layer... Now Duplicate this Layer & drag it down below the Mask Layer... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius - 20.00, OK.

5) Now between the Peachie Paper Layer & the Mask Layer, Copy & Paste the Flower Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate, Mirror & Flip it... Then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & use these settings,

Now Merge together the Flower Layers, Duplicate it 2 times so you have 3 Flower Layers & then go to your Plugin - VM Natural - Sparkle & Apply these settings,

Then Click on the 2nd Flower Layer, Apply the Sparkle again but Change the Random Speed to 136... Then Click on the 3rd Flower Layer & Apply the Sparkle again changing the Random Seed to 146.

6) Under your White Frame Layer, Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position it in the Frame... Then in your Layers Palette, Change the Opacity to 65%.

7) Copy & Paste the Bow as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & position it at the top of the Frame... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it & then Position it on the side of the Frame.

8) Copy & Paste the Peachie Jewel as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & position it in the middle of the Bow... Then Duplicate it & Position the other in the middle of the other Bow.

9) Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

Then go back to your original Temp 3 Layer, Then go to your Plugin - Penta.com Colour Dot & use these settings,

3) Then Click on the Temp 2 Layer.. Copy & Paste the Blossom as a New Layer.. Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate & Mirror it... Then add Dropshadow of choice, Duplicate & Mirror it & now both Frames should be filled... Make sure the Tube Layers are below your Outer Frames Layer... 3) Copy & Paste the Add On Frame 1 as a New Layer... Resize to suit & add Dropshadow of choice.

4) Now using your Preset Shape Tool, Background - Back, Foreground - Null, Draw out a Large Circle, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK, Select None.

5) Now Repeat Step 4 to do your Red Circle making it abit smaller then the Black Circle & Apply the Weave with the Weave & Gap Colour - Black.

6) Now back to the Preset Shape Tool, Background - Null, Foreground - Black, Width - 5.00, Draw out a Square, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate the Square, Go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 15.00, OK, Then Position it above your Straight Square.

7) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 3.00, Now Copy & Paste the Add On Torn Paper 2 as a New Layer, Position it so it fits inside the Square, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None... Now Duplicate this Layer, Rotate it to match the Square & Position it inside the Square... Make sure these Layers are below your Square Frame Layers but above the Paper Layers.

8) Repeat Step 7 to put your Tube inside the Square Frames... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

9) Copy & Paste Doodle6 (Bambo) as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & Position it to the Right Hand Side of the Tag.

3) Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame.

4) Duplicate the Scrap Paper layer & go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Change the Radius to 30.00 & Apply... Drag the Blur layer down to the bottom but above your white background layer.

5) Ontop of the Blur Background, Copy & Paste a Doodle of choice as a new layer.

6) Copy & Paste the RafiaRibbon as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Place the RafiaRibbon to one side of the tag, Then Duplicate, Flip & Mirror... It should look like this,

7) Copy & Paste the Beads as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Sit it along the top of the Frame, Then Duplicate this layer & drag it down so it sits along the bottom of the Frame.

8) Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background Null, Foreground Denim Scrap Paper Width 10.00, And draw out a square (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Then duplicate the square & Rotate them with your Deform Tool... Line them up so they look like mine.

9) Then click inside the squares with your Magic Wand... Press your Shift key & select both squares & go to Selections, Modify, Expand, 5 pixels, Copy & Paste a Scrap Paper as a new layer, Now drag your Scrap Paper layer down under the squares... DON'T DESELECT YET!.. Then Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer & position it so that it is inside the squares... Then go to Selections, Invert & Delete, Select None... Now your tube should be underneath the Frame layer but above your Scrap Paper layer.

10) On your tube layer, Go to your Plugin - Zero Radiance & apply these settings,

11) Copy & Paste your Ribbon as a new layer... Resize & Add Drop Shadow of choice... Position it to the side of the Frame.

12) Copy & Paste your Bow as a new layer... Resize & Add Drop Shadow of choice... Position it in the middle of the side Frames.

13) Copy & Paste the Butterflies as a new layer... Resize & Add Drop Shadow of choice... Position them on the tag.

14) Copy & Paste the Daisy as a new layer... Resize & Add Drop Shadow of choice... Position it on the side of the Frame... Duplicate & Flip it & line it up to match.

15) Using the alpha in the kit, I used it to put "Oopsie Daisy" along the bottom of the tag... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

16) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

17) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

Font of Choice ~ I used "MeaCulpa"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 600 x 600... Flood fill white.

2) Open your white scrap frame, copy & paste it as a new layer... Add drop shadow of choice.

3) Click inside the Frame with your magic wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now copy & paste your scrap paper 1 as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... Make sure this layer is below your frame.

4) Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer & position it where it fits nicely inside the frame... Add drop shadow of choice...Repeat step 3.

5) Copy & paste your scrap paper 2 as a new layer & make sure it is ontop of your first white layer...Open your mask & minimize in PSP...Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply...Then go back to Layers & then Delete...Then Merge Group on the mask layer.

6) Copy & paste your doodle as a new layer above the mask layer.

7) Copy & paste your misted template as a new layer above the doodle layer but under the frame layer.

8) Copy & paste your ribbon as a new layer & place along the bottom...Copy & paste the blue single rose as a new layer...Position it on one end of the ribbon, Duplicate it & Mirror it.

9) Copy & paste your roses line as a new layer & line it up so it sits nicely along the top of the frame...Next copy & paste the single blue rose as a new layer & put it up the left top corner just so it hides the corner of the frame.

10) Copy & paste your bow, hearts & rings as new layers... Add drop shadows of choice & position.

11) Copy & paste your wordart as a new layer... I added a Gradient Glow to mine.

12) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

2) On the Background Layer, Copy & Paste Paper 8 as a New Layer, Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Then Duplicate & Mirror it.

3) Then Copy & Paste the Sequins 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position under the Template... Duplicate & Mirror it.

4) Now Click on the Shape Layer... Go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 1 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go back to the Shape Layer & Delete it... Then on the Paper Layer, Go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Select, Modify, Contract, 12 pixels, Copy & Paste Paper 12 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Add Dropshadow of choice.

5) Now Copy & Paste the Babysbreath as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

6) Click on the Frame Background, Go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 8 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go back to the Frame Background Layer & Delete it.

7) Copy & Paste the Picket Fence as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

8) Click on the Frame Layer, Go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 1 as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Then go back to the Frame Layer & Delete it.

9) Copy & Paste the Magical Beads as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Top of the Tag.

10) Copy & Paste the Roses 2 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

11) Copy & Paste the Carriage as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Bottom of the Tag... (I Mirrored mine.)

12) Copy & Paste the Feather as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position over to the side of the Tag... Then Copy & Paste Bow 2 as a New Layer... Reszie & add Dropshaodw of choice & Position ontop of the Feather.

13) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

14) Copy & Paste the Magic Wand as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position near the Tubes hand.

15) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

16) Now Click back onto your Frame Background, Copy & Paste your Cloud as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then Duplicate it so you have 3 Layers... Then go to your Plugin - VM Natural - Sparkle & Apply these settings,

Then Click on the 2nd Cloud Layer, Apply the Sparkle again but Change the Random Speed to 136... Then Click on the 3rd Cloud Layer & Apply the Sparkle again changing the Random Seed to 146.

ANIMATION...

1) Go to your 2nd & 3rd Cloud Layers & X them out... Then click on the 1st Cloud Layer, Right Click on your Tag, Go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

2) Then go back to PSP, X out the 1st Cloud Layer, Then unX the 2nd Cloud Layer, Right Click on your Tag, go to Copy Merged & Paste after current frame in Animation Shop.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out the 2nd Cloud Layer, Then unX the 3rd Cloud Layer, Right Click on your Tag, go to Copy Merged & Paste after current frame in Animation Shop.

4) Then go to Select All Frames & Change the Frame Properties to 20.

5) When you're happy with it, Save it using the Optimization Wizard & Save as a .gif.

7) Copy & Paste Frame 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 5.00, OK... Then Copy & Paste the Heart Template as a New Layer... Position & add Dropshadow of choice.

8) Duplicate Frame 1 & Drag it above the Heart Layer & then Mirror it... Then Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position.

9) Copy & Paste Ribbon 3 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position & Rotate 95.00 Degrees Left... Then Copy & Paste Lock 2 as a New Layer... 3) Copy & Paste your Round Frame as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.4) Click inside the Circle Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 8.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used paper 4) as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your frame layer... Then go to your Plugin, Zero - Radiance & apply these settings,

5) Now under your Circle Frame, Copy & Paste your Tube as a new layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Delete any excess Tube hanging out of the Frame.

6) Using your Preset Shape Tool, Shape - Eclipse, Line Style - Dot, Width - 3.00, Draw out a Circle inside of the Frame Layer... (Refer to tag above)... Add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Now Duplicate your Circle Frame Layer & drag it down so it sits just above your Mask Layer... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius - 20.00, OK.

8) Now if you are using the same Zindy Tube i did, The Butterfly has a Seperate Layer on the Tube... Copy & Paste as a New Layer above your Circle Frame Layer... Resize it to approximately the same size & then go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, Colorize & use these settings,

9) Now Copy & Paste the CherryBlossoms as New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position them on the side of the Frame.

10) Copy & Paste the CardTag2 as New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position it on the side of the Frame above the Flowers.

11) Copy & Paste Bow8 as New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position it on top of the CardTag... Now back to the CardTag, I then Deleted the Bow off the top of it.

12) Copy & Paste Bow2 as New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate it a few times & arrange around the Frame... Then Copy & Paste the Diamond as a New Layer... Then Duplicate it & position it in the middle of the bow.

13) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION...

1) Right Click on your Tag, go to Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation is Animation shop.

2) Open your Bling & see how many Frames it has.

3) Go to Edit, Select All & All of your Frames will be Highlighted.

4) Now go back to your Tag and Duplicate it until you have the same amount of Frames as the Bling.

5) Go to Edit, Select All & All of your Tag Frames will be Highlighted.

6) Now drag your Bling down onto your Tag & Place where you would like it... (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing the Sparkle until you are happy with where you would like it... If you make a mistake you can always go to Edit & Undo Drag).

7) When you're happy with it, Save it using the Optimization Wizard & Save as a .gif.

5) Click inside the Circle Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 6.00, Now Copy & Paste your Pink Star Scrap Paper as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your Circle Frame Layer... Then Repeat this Step with your Tube making sure its under the Circle Frame Layer but above the Paper Layer & it fills the Three Circles.

6) Copy & Paste the Bow as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & position it between the Circles... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it & then Position it on the Bottom Circle Frame.

7) Copy & Paste the Blue Gem as a New Layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice & position it ontop of the Bow... Then Duplicate it & Position the other ontop of the other Bow.

6) Click on the Back 2 Rectangles Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste Paper 3 as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None, Add Dropshadow of choice.... Then go back to the Back 2 Rectangles Layer & Delete it... Now on this Layer, Go to your Plugin - Xero Sparkles & Apply these settings,

7) Now on the Back Square Layer, Go to Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy & Paste your Tube of choice as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None, Add Dropshadow of choice.... Then go back to the Back Square Layer & Delete it... Now Repeat this Step for all the Frame Layers, There are 4 in total.

8) Leave the Staples Layer... Copy & Paste the Rose as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 90, OK... Then Position along the top of the Tag... Then Duplicate it & Resize smaller.

9) Copy & Paste the Ribbon Heart as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the right hand side of the Tag.

10) Now Open your Bow 1 & using your Freehand Selection Tool, Make a Selections around the Rings & Delete them... Then Copy & Paste as a New Layer onto your Tag... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position... Then Duplicate it & Position.

Filter needed - PhotoEffex - Scanlines, DSB - Flux & Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Font of Choice - I used "Marketing Script"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550. Flood fill white.

2) Add a new raster layer & flood fill with a colour from your tube... Open your mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Then i used the DSB -Flux filter to add some glitter to it.

3) Copy & paste your Frame as a new layer.

4) Using your magic wand, Click inside the 3 frames, Add a new layer & flood fill with the background colour...Now drag this layer below the frame layer... (Keep selected)... Then Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer & position it nicely inside the frame... Then go to Selections, Invert & Delete, Select None...Now your tube should be underneath the frame layer but above your colour layer...Change the Opacity of your tube down to 50 %.

5) Now on your flood filled layer, Go to your filter, PhotoEffex - Scanlines & applpy these settings,

6) Copy & paste your Line as a new layer... Line it up so it sits nicely along the top of your frame... Then duplicate this layer, Flip it & line it up so that its even to the top line.

7) Copy & paste your Diamond Heart tube as a new layer... Line it up & then duplicate this layer, & Mirror it... With my freehand selection tool, I cut the corners out so it looks like it is hanging over the frame.

8) Next copy & paste your tube as a new layer... Resize if needed... Add drop shadow of choice & mirror it so its facing the opposite way to your tube in the frame.

9) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it inside the small circle... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

Make sure this layer is below your frame layer... Select None... Now go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1 (Colour - White), OK.
4) Copy 7 Paste Paper Frame 3 as a New Layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - LEft, Degrees - 8.00, OK.

6) Now go back to your Purple Circle Layer, Duplicate it & drag it down to the bottom Layer... Then resize it to 105%, Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius - 15.00, OK. (If you would like it abit darker, Just Duplicate this Layer again).
7) Now still down on this Layer, Copy & Paste the Glitter Splotch 5 as a New Layer... Duplicate this a few times & arrange them around the Circle Frame so you can just see them sticking out.
8) Copy & Paste the Diamante Film Strip as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Using your Magic Wand, Draw out a Rectangle around the Frame, Open Scrap Paper 1, Copy & Paste as a New Layer, Selections, Invert, Delete, Select None... Now drag this layer below the frame layer.

3) Then click inside the circle with your magic wand & then go to Selections, Modify, Expand 4 pixels... Then open your Smooches scrap paper, Copy & Paste as a new layer, Selections, Invert & then press Delete on your keyboard... Select none... Then drag this layer underneath your white circle... Now Duplicate this layer & go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Change the Radius to 20.00 & apply... Drag the Blur layer below your Smooches layer.

4) Copy & Paste your frame as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & position it to the side of the circle.

5) Click inside the Frame with your magic wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand, Expand 4 pixels, & copy & paste your tube as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard & then Select None... 6) Copy & Paste your envelope as a new layer... Add Dropshadow of choice & position it to the side of the circle.

7) Copy & Paste your rose, butterfly, heart & diamonds as a new layers... Add Dropshadows of choice & position them around your tag like so.

8) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

ANIMATION...

1) Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation is Animation shop.

2) Open your Animated Heart Tube in AS & see how many frames it has. The one supplied has 8 frames.

3) Go to edit, select all & all of your frames will be highlighted.

4) Now go back to your Tag and duplicate it until you have 8 frames.

5) Go to edit, select all & all of your tag frames will be highlighted.

6) Now drag your Animated Heart Tube down onto your tag & place where you would like it. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing Heart until you are happy with where you would like it. If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

7) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

2) Using your Preset Shape Tool, Background - #f9a0cb, Foreground - White, Width - 10.00, Draw out a Large Scollop, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK, Select None.

3) Copy & Paste brk1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 90.00, OK... Then Position in the middle of the Tag.

4) Copy & Paste the Clock as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the top part of the Scallop.

5) Copy & Paste frm1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 90.00, OK... Then Position in the middle of the Tag... Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand, 3 pixels, Copy & Paste the Nightstand as a New Layer... Selections, Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard, Select None & Drag this Layer underneath your Frame layer.

6) Copy & Paste Bow6 as a New Layer... Then go to Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Degrees - 90.00, OK... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position along the Frame.

7) Copy & Paste Flower 6 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Frame... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

8) Copy & Paste the Cloud as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the bottom side of the Frame... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it... Then Duplicate it again & drag it down inbetween the 2 other clouds.

9) Copy & Paste Bow 11 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the top side of the Scallop... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it.

10) Copy & Paste Heart 1 as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position to the side of the Tag... Free Rotate it - Direction - Right, Degrees - 7.00, OK... Then Duplicate it & Mirror it... Repeat this Step for the Heart 2 Layer.

11) Then using Font of choice (I used Impact), Type out Good Night & Position it at the bottom of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice.

12) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & Position in the middle of the Tag.

13) Using a Font of your choice, Write your Name & Position it... (I added a Gradient Glow to my name)... Add your Copyright Information & Crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed (Make sure all layers is ticked).

14) Then using Font of choice, Type out a Z & Position it at the top of the Tag... Add Dropshadow of choice... Then Repeat this Step again changing the Size of the Font so you end up with 3 Z Layers...

ANIMATION...

1) X out the 3 Z Layers...Right Click Copy Merged & Paste as a New Animation in Animation Shop.

2) Next go back to PSP & then Un X out the 1st Z Layer... Right Click Copy Merged & then Paste After Current Frame in Animation Shop.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out the 1st Z Layer, Un X the 2nd Z Layer... Right Click Copy Merged & then Paste After Current Frame in Animation Shop... Repeat this Step so you end up with 4 Layers in AS.

4) Click on Edit, Select All...Then Click on Animation, Frame Properties & change the speed to 50.

5) When you're happy with it, Save it using the Optimization Wizard & Save as a .gif.

Supplies - Here.

Filter needed - Penta.com Colour Dot.

Font of Choice - I used "CopprplGoth Bd BT".

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550. Flood fill white.

2) Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper as a New Layer & make sure it is ontop of your first white layer... Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Duplicate the Mask Layer, Right Click on your Palette, & go to Merge Down.

3) Inside the Masked Background, Get your Preset Shape Tool... Background Black. Foreground Null... And draw out a big circle to fit inside the Mask (Refer to above tag for size)... Convert to raster layer... Add drop shadow of choice.4) On the Black Circle, Go to your filter Penta.com Colour Dot & apply these settings,

5) Next copy & paste your StarBling as a new layer... Resize if needed & Add Dropshadow of choice.

6) Copy & Paste your Frame as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

7) Copy & Paste your tube of choice as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

8) On your bottom layer, Copy & Paste the GlitterDoodle as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate, Flip & Mirror it & Position them so they are just coming out from underneath.

9) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

ANIMATION..

1) X out all layers in PSP... Then unX the StarBling layer, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation in Animation shop.

2) Then go to Effects, Insert Image Transition, And use these settings,

Now you should have 6 Frames on your tag.

3) X out your StarBling layer... Open up the GlitterDoodle, MaskedBackground, Black Dotted Background, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation in Animation shop.

4) Dupliacte this until you have 6 Frames... Then go to Edit, Select All, & go back to your StarBling Layer & drag this layer down onto your tag & position it...

5) Now go back to PSP, X out all the Background Layers, Then unX the Frame, Tube, Name & © Layers... Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation in Animation shop... Now go to Edit, Select All, & drag this layer down onto your tag & place where you would like it... Make sure it lines up neatly around the circle. (Remember not to let go of the mouse when placing until you are happy with where you would like it. If you make a mistake you can always go to edit & undo drag.)

6) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Scrap Kit used is "Girls On Film" by TammyKat which you can purchase from "Pimp My Tags With Scraps".

Supplies - Here.

Filter needed - Penta.com Colour Dot.

Font of Choice - I used "Times New Roman & Machiarge".

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550. Flood fill white.

2) Pick a Paper from the Scrapkit (I used dottedpaper4)... Copy & Paste as a new layer... Open your Mask & minimize in PSP... Then go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image, and Apply... Then go back to Layers & then Delete... Then Merge Group on the mask layer... Duplicate the Mask Layer, Right Click on your Palette, & go to Merge Down.

3) Copy & Paste your Circles as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate, Mirror & Flip it... Then go to your Plugin - Penta.com Colour Dot & use these settings,

4) Copy & Paste your FilmFrame as a new layer... Duplicate this, Then move it to the right hand side of the tag & then go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, Direction - Right, Free - 10.00... Then Duplicate the Rotated Frame, & Repeat the Roataion but change the Direction to Left, Free 20.00.

5) Click inside the Frames with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 5.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used TealSolid) as a new layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your keyboard... Make sure this layer is below your frame layer... Keep your Selection still Selected.

6) Then Copy & Paste your tube as a new layer & position it so that her face is inside one of the frames box...Then go to Selections, Invert & Delete, Select None...Now your tube should be underneath the frame layer but above your colour layer... Repeat Step 5 to put different body parts in the Frame.

7) Copy & Paste your Flower as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate & Mirror it & position along the Frame.

8) Copy & Paste your HeartsTogether element as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice... Position it along the bottom corner of the tag.

9) Copy & Paste your TealBow as a new layer... Resize & Add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Using a font of your choice, (I used Times New Roman) & write "Girls On Film" & position it around your tag.

11) Using a font of your choice, write your name & position it... Add your copyright information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.

12) Now back your Masked Background, Duplicate this layer twice so you have a total of 3 layers... Then click on the bottom Masked layer, Then go to your PlugIn - Penta.com Colour Dot & apply these settings,

Then click on your second layer & apply the PlugIn again but click the Random Seed twice... Then click on the third layer & apply the PlugIn again but press the Random Seed button three times.

ANIMATION..

1) Go to your 2nd & 3rd Masked Background & X them out... Then click on the 1st Background layer, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste as a new animation in Animation shop.

2) Then go back to PSP, X out the 1st Background, Then unX the 2nd Background layer, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste after current frame in Animation shop.

3) Then go back to PSP, X out the 2nd Background, Then unX the 3rd Background layer, Right click on your tag, go to copy merged & paste after current frame in Animation shop.

4) When you're happy with it, save it using the optimization wizard & save as a .gif.

Wordart Of Choice.

Font of Choice - I used "Ephesis"

1) Open a new transparent image - size 550 x 550... Flood fill white.

2) Now using your Preset Shape Tool, Background - Paper From Kit ( I used bg_pink), Foreground - Null, Draw out a Large Circle, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK, Select None.

3) Then go back to your Preset Shape Tool, Background - Paper From Kit ( I used bg_striped), Foreground - Null, Draw out a Circle abit smaller then the last one, Convert to Raster Layer, Add Dropshadow of choice.

4) Go down to your Bottom White Layer, Then go back to your Preset Shape Tool again, Background - Paper From Kit ( I used bg_blue), Foreground - Null, Draw out a Circle the size of the Pink Circle, Convert to Raster Layer... Then go to Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius - 10.00, OK... Then go to Effects, Texture Effects, Weave, Gap Size - 2, Width - 7, Opacity - 1, Weave & Gap Colour - White, Apply, OK.

5) Then Copy & Paste the Frame as a New Layer (I used a Frame from the Lil Bits Pack), Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 4.00, Now Copy & Paste your Scrap Paper (I used bg_bluedots) as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None... Make sure this layer is below your Frame Layer.

6) Now Click inside the Frame with your Magic Wand & go to Selections, Modify, Expand 2.00, Now Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer, Selections Invert, Press Delete on your Keyboard, Select None... You need to repeat this Step til you have all the Frames done... Make sure these layers are below your Frame Layer but above your Paper Layer.

7) Copy & Paste your Ribbon Bow as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice & position along the top of the Circles.

8) Copy & Paste the Pink Chenille Flower as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice... Duplicate it a few times & position them around the Frame.

9) Copy & Paste your Wordart as a New Layer... Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

10) Copy & Paste your Tube as a New Layer.. Resize & add Dropshadow of choice.

11) Using a Font of your choice, Write your name & position it... Add your Copyright Information & crop any excess background off... Resize tag if needed... Make sure all layers is ticked.
